Send free SMS using facebook

How to send SMS using the popular social Network Facebook . Just follow the steps below for sending free SMS:

How to register your mobile number in Facebook:
Step 1 : Type  "fb" to 9232232665 (92FACEBOOK) (without the quotes)(* The Above number is only for Indian users )
Step 2 : Open http://www.facebook.com/mobile/?settings in your browser.
Step 3 : You should have received an SMS to your mobile , with the confirmation code.
Step 4: Now again go to your browser and click on Already received a confirmation code.
(India only, For other countries click on Register for Facebook Text Messages )link on that page.
Step 5:  Congratulations, You just got a mobile verified account in facebook.
  
Now to send the  Free SMS 
Step 1:  Click on the messages Icon right next to the Facebook logo.



Step 2: Click on the send a new message link.

Step 3: Type the name of your friends whom you want to send message and also make sure you select on the Mobile phone icon above the Send Button.





NOTE : If you want to send  free SMS using facebook  , he or she must be registered with the  facebook and also a mobile verified account.
